BODY HACKER ACADEMY is the perfect combination of high intensity interval training that consists of short bursts of intense exercise and weight training followed by smaller periods of rest. This increases metabolism and gets you burning fat for hours after you’ve left the session.  Blending the two means that we have HIIT movements which slim you down, plus resistance training style exercises which help you develop lean muscle, essential for boosting your metabolic rate for a longer period of time.

important things

This class is for everyone who wants to lose weight, get fit or improve their general fitness and wellbeing. Please consult your doctor before you start any exercise programme. 

Ideally yes, having a pair of dumbbells would be great but don’t worry if not. There are plenty of bodyweight exercises to challenge your body.

We don’t offer PAYG sessions. You will need to be a Body Hacker Academy member to take part in our sessions.

Minimum age required to attend our sessions is 16.
